Renamed wxWindows->wxWidgets

NOTE:
On sparc64, wxWidgets needs gcc3, which means we must build
wxPython with gcc3, which in turn means we need to build python
with gcc3

This port includes some patches to the python port to add gcc3 as
a flavor.

CAVEAT: if you install python built with gcc3, all python modules
must also be built with gcc3.
